It depends on what you mean by "set". Do you mean a proof set or mint set in its original packaging? One of each denomination, taken from circulation? Something else?

Franklin Half dollars (1948-1963) are common coins and are not hard to find. Because of this, and the high price of silver, circulated coins are valued slightly above the silver content of the coin about $10.00 each. Only Mint State coins would have higher premiums.
They are bullion coins and are worth only what the metals they are composed of are worth.
