The best degree for this is a psychology degree. You will need to get your bachelors but it will pay off in the end. Not only will you have a job where you make money but you will be able to help out children and make a difference in thier lives.

It would be preferable to get work experience first. Because you already have an existing bachelor's degree and wish to stay in the nursing field, you could look into becoming a nurse practitioner which would require a master's degree in nursing. Lastly, you already have a bachelor's degree so pursuing another bachelors degree would make no sense in this case.

I believe you need to have a bachelors degree. Sometimes if you are super good they will come to you and ask if you will be on the team .( This has happened to my cousin ).
