According to my research, brake pads for a '99 Toyota Camry are about $40. Remember that this is per brake pad. So, if you need all 4 replaced you could expect to spend at least $160 for parts.

Depending on quality of radiator and charge per hour, I would say $200 at least.
about $30 to $40
If it's only the brake pads it is around $30-60. If rotors have to be replaced too $20-60 per rotor including if you pay someone to fix it (i would just do it myself, you can pretty much learn how to off of Youtube) Hope it helps, - Roxas_Riku
This is a question to ask the mechanic, there is no way I can come up with a price without knowing how much of the brake lines are being replaced. I would suggest however if you want to save money is to buy the brake lines yourself. in the correct size and bring ti all to the mechanic
The tail lights on a Toyota Camry may stay on too bright if the brake sensor is stuck or the bulb is receiving too much power. A multimeter can be used to check the output of the socket.
$25-$100 for the pads, it depends on the quality of the part you buy.
