Can't be done, Weddings are held in Town Halls (Mairies/Hotels de Ville). You could have your reception on the tower. 2010 prices (for the room alone) are: 750 € for 2 hours before 10pm; 850 € after 10pm. This includes a room on the first floor, a hostess at the lift ticket office, another for the queue, another at the room entrance and a cloakroom attendant. Anything beyond the bare room is extra and the prices are by negotiation (and, one imagines, not cheap).
