I'm not sure in Indiana, but, I've got a price quote in nyc (where i live) for my dogs bulging disc problem on her neck... $ 5000 ! They said its including mylogram and sugery. She;s on steroids now, hoping she'll get better with medication. It's been 2 weeks now, but the progress has been really slow. I'm hoping she would get better so we can avoid surgery.
