The Sears Tower was renamed Willis Tower on July 16, 2009. I'm not sure how much it would cost to build today but I know it is worth over $1 Billion USD today.
Why in the world are you asking that question??!! The Eiffel Tower is already built! Why do people want to see a replica of the Eiffel tower for heaven's sake??!
I am from the UK so I'm going to assume a) The Sears Tower is a high skyscraper b) The lobby is on the ground floor You would weigh slightly less because the mass of the entire Sears Tower would be directly above you. All mass (including the Sears Tower) has a gravitational pull The Sears Tower would exert a gravitational pull directly upwards which would reduce your weight. However, the effect would be very very small - not measurable by ordinary scales - and you certainly wouldn't be able to feel it.
If you're referring to the Sears Tower, it stands IN Chicago. So, the answer would be zero.
Sears Tower is in downtown Chicago, on the block bounded by Adams Street, Jackson Boulevard, Franklin Street, and Wacker Drive. The address is 233 South Wacker Drive.
The Tower Bridge in London cost 1,184,000 pounds when it was built in the late 1800s. In today's money that would be equal to 114 million pounds.

No. It was designed by the firm of Skidmore, Owens, and Merrill. Wright drew preliminary plans for the Illinois Building, which would have been a full mile tall, but it was never built. The Sears Tower was renamed Willis Tower on July 16, 2009.
While he did not build the structure (he died in l959), there is some evidence the idea was suggested under a different name (Illinois Building) by Frank Lloyd Wright, one of the few true skyscrapers in which he had a role. The original design for the Illinois Building would have topped off at 5,280 Feet! Tall dreams! The Sears tower is a quarter of this at most, but there are similarities. More info on the Sear Tower (from Wikipedia): Commissioned by Sears, Roebuck and Company, it was designed by chief architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. by Sears, Roebuck and Company, it was designed by chief architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill.
