It is impossible to unlock all dog tags in the game, however it is ALMOST impossible to have the dog tags in the TAKEN section, mainly because two of the dog tags you can only get for participating in the creation of the game itself. But excluding those two, it would probably take over half a year, you would have to be playing constantly (I would NOT recommend doing that.) expecally for the gun dog tags and the reaching level Colonel Service Star 100 dog tag.

If you have a lot of inventory you might consider learning more about the Kanban system. You set a Minimimum and Maxium amount on every item. The make tags for these items on the shelf they belong on. Two or more removable tags on every item. So if you have do-dads min 50 max 150 have three tags (50 each). The worker who notices you are down to 100 left moves one ticket to the Need to order board, the purchaser moves the tag to pending once it is ordered. The receiver puts the tag back on the shelf when it comes in. This system works very good with velcro backed tags, and velcro boards. Look for books with Kanban in the title to learn more.
