Your race does not make you unhealthy. Health is based on lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise as well as access to health care and clean water. Unless of course you mean race fuel as in fuel for racing vehicles. In which case yes. Yes it is.

3.5 miles per gallon Or each car uses about 150 gallons during a 500 mile race
In 2007, the Indy Racing League (IRL) mandated the switch from methanol fuel to fuel-grade ethanol for the IndyCar Series. This mandate reduced the fuel tank capacity from a thirty-three (33) gallon tank to a twenty-two (22) gallon tank.

Gas tank for race cars
Yes, some gas stations even sell race fuel that's called, "Turbo Blue." You can use it whenever you want it doesn't have to be just to clean the car out, in fact I recommend stable oil to clean the car out, you simple poor one ounce of it for every gallon of gas. You can get that at any gas station or stores like, "Car Quest," and, "Advanced Auto Parts."
Yes
a race horse needs a alot of water because they are working hard so about a gallon or so Horses drink between 4-8 gallons a day, more if they are working hard like race horses. They should have free-choice water in a 10 gallon bucket to make sure they have enough.
