Replacing a rack and pinion unit on this vehicle is very labor intensive. It requires dropping the front subframe to gain access. I would say between $500 and $800 dollars give or take. Alldata calls for 3.3 hours plus about $250 for the part. Average shop rates vary, but in my area run $100 an hour. so $350 in labor, $250 in parts, plus fluid, bleeding the system of air, etc..
