You shouldn't really use sunbeds at all. Research has proven that sunbeds are just as likely to cause skin cancer as straight sun exposure- perhaps even more so. You are in very close contact with UVA/UVB rays when you lie in a sunbed, which are directly linked to skin cancer. If you must use a sunbed, go for very short amounts of time, i.e. 5-10 minutes MAX. Don't bother using sunscreen- it will prove ineffective on your tan. In my opinion, it is far better to accept your natural coloring and stay skin cancer free.
