it does not matter how far the penis goes in, if you ejaculate in the vagina, and the female is not on Birth Control, you most likely have gotten her pregnant. after 2 weeks of a missed period is when you are allowed to worry. go to your nearest abortion clinic if that's what you want, or find adopting parents if you are unable to care for the child. even if the penis is inside the vagina, the female may become pregnant. it does not take certain ejaculation.

∙ 15y agoNormally you penis would have to be in her vagina when it ejaculates sperm. This would also have to take place during her fertile period. In other words pretty close.
