I think you can buy a software application that will allow retrieval of emptied recycled bin items. Other than that, once deleted from the bin, all files are gone.
If you clean out the recyle bin, then whetever was in it is gone for good.
Right click the rubbish bin and click '' Empty Recycling Bin''.

If you only deleted it from the favorites, in should be in the recycle bin and can be recovered. If you emptied the recycle bin, there is little you could do except make a new folder and attempt to replace everything in the folder that has been deleted.
