well, you should have a dish of dry food in a bowl in your gerbils cage in case you forget to feed your gerbil.
try to set a certain time everyday you give it a carrot or lettuce or something.

∙ 15y agoum id say about once a day. make sure to go into a daily routine so your pett knows when its feeding time. but yes once a day. they will complain and run around randomly when they are hungry.
