No. 'Kate Plus 8" is no longer in production. There are no plans to film additional episodes or to trail the family for reality television. Kate Gosselin continues to pursue a media career in front of the camera, but these opportunities are without the children.
Kate and the Gosselin kids continue to film for upcoming "Kate Plus 8" specials. Before Christmas they were spotted around Philadelphia visiting famous sites: Liberty Bell, Art Museum steps ("Rocky" steps), Museum, Waterworks restaurant etc. After Christmas they jetted down under for a 20 day luxury vacation to film in Australia and New Zealand. So, there are more episodes under development, but no dates on the TLC calendar.
They film it in the gosselins home! It is a completely real television show. Nothing is fake!
The TLC network has touted the break in episodes between June 22 and August 3 2009 as a production hiatus. There is already enough material for new episodes to be aired starting on August 3. There hasn't been any solid information on when filming for the popular reality show will re-start, it all depends on Jon and Kate, the divorce, and their schedule.
There are no OVA or bonus episodes to the Blood+ series. There are however, the original 45 minute animated film, the live action film and the flow up series, Blood-C.
Yes and No. No, rather than following the daily lives of the Gosselin family, 'Kate Plus 8' will focus on extended vacations and trips.. It will not be the same slice-of-life style that its predecessor 'Jon and Kate Plus 8' followed. Yes, it will follow Kate and the children recording the natural responses to the situations they encounter. However these are carefully staged for filming purposes to keep intrusion from the film crew to a minimum, and ensure that they can tell a complete story with the footage they do shoot. Also, the kids film transitions ("Coming up on 'Kate Plus 8'" and so on ) or scenes to help explain the context for various situations.
The duration of Kiss Me Kate - film - is 1.82 hours.
Yes. A new episode featuring a trip with Kate and the children in Alaska debuts on November 7. Recently, a judge ruled in favor of Kate's request to continue to film the children for reality television. Jon Gosselin continues to express his deep reservations and concerns about his children being filmed, citing behavior problems and lack of privacy among his concerns.
