In a period of 28 years, it will happen 4 times, but not every 7th year. A repeating pattern of gaps of 6 years, 11 years, 6 years and 5 years occurs. Taking a recent range, it happened in 1976, 1982, 1993, 1999, 2004 and 2010. It will happen again in 2021, 2027, 2032 and 2038.
