∙ 11y agoThis is not a good idea - the shampoo will wash out the dog's natural fur oils that help maintain a healthy skin. Your puppy really shouldn't need a bath for the first 8-12 weeks anyway, unless he got into something foul-smellling or mud. Most dogs don't need a bath more than once a month as a maintenance grooming anyway.
