PUNISH THEM
There are a number of ways in which a person can punish their kids. Timeouts seem to work well, but it is always important to tallk to the child about what they have done wrong. This will allow them to better understand the situation.

Twice a day.
Definitely not!! As parents, you know that you love discipline, but you shouldn't really punish your children much, sending to their rooms often works and telling them that they cannot watch television or play on the laptop/computer. Do not shout, as you will not gain a good trust with your child.
ANSWER: As a parents we don't punish our kids because they cheated in school or some where. What we need to do is pay attention to them by talking and listening to what they say. We owe it to our kids to give them love, attention, and trust, without this part, our children will or might go on a different path.
