You should unscrew the caps on the battery top surface, use a flash light and make sure the water level at all cells are 1/2 inche above the electrodes plates heights/
repeat every 6 month or any time the car is servicex at a garage/
Distilled Water
Before charging it.
Yes. Top up battery with clean water after charging only. Never top it up before beginning a charge.
Always water your battery after the cool down period. The best practice for conventional forklift batteries are - 8 WORKING HOURS, 8 HOURS OF CHARGE, & 8 HOURS COOL DOWN. Water the batter prior to use; if required.

Never if it is a sealed battery. If it has fill caps you check it about every 3 months and fill with Distilled Water only.
vinegar makes a battery because of the ions in the vinegar which was reacting to the metal which gives of a electric circuit
A BATTERY OPERATED FOUNTAIN IS AN ELECTRIC FOUNTAIN. IT IS NOT ALTERNATING CURRENT AS IN HOSEHOLD POWER, BUT DC CURRENT. There are many DC power supplies that will substitute for the batteries. The voltage necasary is determind by the motor requirment. Not a problem. The question is somewhat faulty. Are batteries not electric?
Check water levels and top up appropriately every 10 or so charges for the first few years. If it is a reconditioned battery you may need to do this every 5 charges. If the battery needs to be toped up, only do a sufficient amount to cover the plastic element protector by roughly ¼ of an inch. The additional space is needed for expansion while gassing at the end of the charge.

the main thing is to keep the battery charged and check the water level in the battery..also clean the outside of the battery with baking soda and water as some cleaning fluids can be too abrasive.Keep an eye on the tyre pressure too.Spray wd40 periodically around all joints.
