The e-mail addresses that can be used to contact YouTube are very limited and are confined to specific issues listed that are covered by each e-mail on the YouTube Help pages. Other then that, you shouldn't have to contact YouTube if it's not a copyright problem, or any other problem that does not deal with copyrights, or a problem that does not deal with any of the e-mail addresses you can find. Account help is done through YouTube's account troubleshooter, and many other forms are available for different issues.
You might have to go to your e-mail account and see if you have a message from youtube and if you do open it up and press a link to there and do as it says from there. Let me know if that's right or not PLZ...

Youtube will not send an email to the email address if you provided and you have to click a link in that email. This is the verification procedure.
