Every bar is different. If they serve alcohol and check IDs, then you better be 21. That is the legal drinking age in every state. If it is just a restaurant with a bar then there is no age restriction generally. A dedicated club/bar with no restaurant is going to want you to be 21 just so they don't have to card everybody that orders a drink.
I don't believe there is an age. It's property, though. And I'm pretty sure they'd arrest you for force-feeding alcohol to an infant or a domestic animal.
Minimum of 21...no exceptions

North Carolina does not any regulations on the minimum age that a person can enter a bar or pub. Some clubs have individual rules and should be posted on or near the front door.

Best bet would be to call up a lawyer and have them help you out. You can get a divorce from someone who is in jail. As for it being free, I am not for sure. Good luck to you:) * The process for divorcing a person who is incarcerated is the same as that which is used under normal circumstances. It is not free. There may be attorneys who will handle the dissolution of the marriage pro bono or at a reduced fee. The best option is to contact the local legal aid agency or North Carolina state bar association referral service for specific information. North Carolina Bar Association, http://www.ncbar.org
