If the drinking age is 21 then NO. It does not matter if they are your parents, if they are to buy you a alcoholic drink then they can go to jail for distributing to a minor.

You go to the bar(it only opens at 5:00 pm), go up to griffin or muffy(it will be griffin who will sell you it though), press A , and the will talk to you and ask you what you want then choose what you want from the list and you have bought a drink from the bar! P.S. A sprite will appear if you buy one drink. Another sprite will appear after you buy 50 drinks.

It depends on the bar. Some are 21 & up from open til close while others are 21 & up after 9:00PM.
actually, yes you can. It states that if your under 21, you can go in a bar with your parents and drink. They have to buy the beer though (obviously) but state law says that you can drink beer with your parents underaged at a bar. Most counties though stop at 9PM.
