You have to reach the age of majority. Having a baby does not change that. In most places that means you have to be at least 18 years of age. Until then, your parents are responsible for you financially.
I'm 16 yrs. old and I have a baby. I will turn 17 in June. How old do I have to be to move out of my mohters house? HELP
No you have to be emancipated for that.
no no
In Maryland, a 17-year-old cannot legally move out without parental consent unless they are legally emancipated. Having a baby does not change this requirement. Emancipation would require a court process to grant the minor legal independence from their parents.
You have to be of legal age just like before you had a baby. Having a baby makes no difference.
A 2 week old fetus? No, you can't
NO, it is illegal everywhere.
