Can I use Orajel before I get snakebite piercings?
no it delays healing
If you use Orajel more than four times a day, you will quickly run out of Orajel. I would suggest that you go to a warehouse store like BJ's or Costco, and purchase a large family sized container.
Yes you can! Orajel is most commonly used to treat cankers. Clean the area with a cotton swab or a dry cloth then add orajel on the area that is bothering you. Let it dry for 30-60 seconds. Do not over use.
There is over the counter pain reliever, there is oral tooth pain jells you can use that work.
The Orajel brand of toothpaste is a good toothpaste for a toddler to use.

No, Orajel is not designed to be safe in the ear canal. Also, there really isn't any reason to be pulling ear hairs on a dog - they are there for a reason (to keep your dog's ears clean) and pulling them out can predispose your dog to ear infections. It's also painful to the dog, as I'm sure you have noticed based on your question. If your dog is having chronic ear infections, I would start with keeping your dogs' ears clean and dry, and possibly clipping the ear hairs close with a small pair of scissors.
You are exposing nerves! Cover it with something and put a anti inflammitory cream that is for INTERNAL USE ONLY and it should be better. Get some Orajel.
