In most states it is 18.
18- 20 after 21 your on your own
At 18 years old.
If the parents are divorced then it is between the parents if the child can go live with the other parent. At age 14 the child can choose witch parent he/she wont's to live with. If that other parent is not willing to let the child go live with that parent then it can be taken to court or just wait till the child is 18 and can go live on it's own.
in my opinoin yes if you have the ability to care for his needs and if the laws in his or your area permit a 16 yeah old child to decide which parent he wants to live with.
If a child wants to live with the child's boyfriend, then the child needs to be 18.
18
By law, a child does not choose. When you are 18, you are no longer a child, and can choose where you live.
No a fetus is not a baby or a child. It's living on the woman's body and can not live on it's own and therefor is for her to decide over. A child is it's own person and can live on it's own outside of her body.
Let your child know the consequences ,what she did was wrong as continue being a parent and show how to tend for the child when she goes to live on her own
Prove the household unfit.
It depends on the state you live in and the age of the child.
You should probably consult an attorney. Normally, consultations are free. If the child is supposed to be living with the custodial parent, and is not (and you can prove it), then you may be able to prepare and file a petition to terminate/abate the support. The fact that the 15 year old has a child of her own is not an issue. The 15 year old is not emancipated.
