As a respectable breeder you do NOT breed a boxer before the age of 2 years old. They also should be health screened. OFA hips and elbows, 24 hour holter, ecocardiogramed, thyroid, DM, ARVC.
Once these have all been passed or done have come back normal, then you find a male that has the same normal test results.
If you do a breeding before 2 years of age or without health testing, you are just a back yard breeder and not helping the breed at all. But making it worse, because you have no idea what you are passing on to those pups.
you can breed them at the age of two , you can breed them earlier but the vet recommend you not to so the boxer can mature more.
