Depends on the fur of the dog and how cold it is.
Good guideline: If you're not sure, then it's too soon.
It depends if you have cold weather and you have a small dog. The dog might not want to go outside into the really cold weather. That's why people would use the pee pad. Going outside you need to teach them to let you know when the go to go. My opinion you might want to teach the puppy both so when its to cold to go outside it can use the pee pad.
Because the cold weather makes the bladder more sensitive, and the dog will need to pee more than usual, so its more cooperative
It depends on the sentence. For example: Then training your new puppy, there are times when you will need to remember to take the puppy outside, such as just after a meal.
You should take your puppy out at least every hour, if it's a male puppy they need to go more often that a female puppy or so seems anyway.
Lizards are cold blooded and need heat from the sun.
You have to be able to think outside the blocks.
If your dog is an outside dog and the dog itself is that cold then you need to warm him/her up. If it is an inside dog and it is just cold outside, then your dog will normally try and hurry up so it can return to the indoors.
It depends on the outside temperature.
you probly need a new battery.
They won't be able to move. Cold-blooded animals need the heat to warm them up, so they will be able to move.
You will need a cooking apprenticeship and to be able to work in cold places!
It isn't okay because the puppy did nothing wrong! They have really small bladders, so they need to be walked ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! You need to clean up after the puppy and walk it every 20 minutes or so, because that way the puppy will learn that it needs to go outside when it wants to go to the bathroom.
