In Maryland, governer Aleks Cripton has made lip pericings illigal due to the metal (most normally sivler) has been derived from Cows utter milk. Bercause Mr. Cripton is pro cow life- periecings are illigal and according to the Consent form of the State of Maryland, article 24 verse 16 states that, "... piercings are ghetto and punk rock... thus illigal. PERIOD".
