Although many references have been published on Mauser rifles, I don't know of any that have a complete sn listing.
old
.270 has been around since 1925. You will have to contact FN to check on the sn.
There are various numbers, including the serial number, proofing marks, and caliber. Most Spanish Mausers were chambered in 7X57.
Without more information, impossible to tell. Mauser made pistols, rifles, machine guns and shotguns. The serial number applied to military production weapons is not unique to only one weapon. If you will post a full description of the firearm, we may be able to get you a date range, but that is not always possible. Sorry-
My F.N. Mauser in .30-06 s/n 4570 was made in the mid 1950's. I have been unable to learn any more regarding the F.N. mausers. It is a true a classic, hope this helps
The Mauser 30.06, specifically the model you referenced, was manufactured in 1939, making it approximately 84 years old as of 2023. The "1390L3" designation might refer to a specific production code or serial number, but the age is primarily determined by the year of manufacture. If you have further details about the specific model or features, it could help refine the context.

The age of German luger serial number 65 can vary depending on the specific model and year it was manufactured. Generally, lugers were produced primarily in the early to mid-20th century, so if the serial number refers to a historical model, it could be over 100 years old. For an exact age, one would need to reference specific historical records related to that serial number.
