OLD!
The new ones are E-11's and R-13's.
-----
Your Buffet clarinet was made in 1936 and is quite possibly a Master Model.
Assuming it is in good condition it would remain being a very fine sounding instrument and also still have considerable value.
serial number does not exist -- according to Buffet site
----
Clearly, your serial number exists else you'd not have asked. However, Buffet's online serial number database only contains numbers for Professional clarinets. You might want to contact Buffet directly with your question.
1969. The "F" prefix denote it was made for the European market and is tuned to 442hz rather than 440hz. This isn't a real big deal but in the U.S. it does mean you'll incur the added cost of replacing the barrel with a slightly longer one.
Evette sponsored by Buffet has this serial # series. Model is Evette.
Maybe mid 1990's, closer to the turn of the century.
Most likely somewhere between 1945-1957
