How old is flora in professor layton 1?

It isn't made clear how old she is but most players believe she is between 13 and 17 because she is obviously older then Luke, but still mostly requires a guardian. She is in the Curious Village, the Diabolical Box and the Unwound Future.

She isn't in the Last Specter because it is set before the Curious Village and the professor hasn't met her yet but in the Last Specter there is Emmy Altava, the professor's assistant.

Flora isn't in the movie, the Eternal Diva, but a girl named Janice Quatalane travels with the professor and Luke and the only reason that she is not in it is, yet again, because it is set in the past. Janice is also the professor's former apprentice, before he met Luke.
