I was 5 years old in 1957 when my Dad helped me hold and aim his J C Higgins model 36 22cal rifle (which I own today). When I was about 12 years old I asked him when he got his rifle. He said his dad bought it for him when he graduated from high school in 1945. http://www.histandard.info/PDF/Sears%20Rifles.pdf
This is a JC Higgins model air rifle made for Sears by Crosman air gun company. Its really a Crosman model V350 made between 1961-69. It's a push barrel BB rifle.
it can be up to $50,000
JC Higgins was a brand name used by Sears. Your rifle is a Marlin Model 80 which started production in 1960. Sears dropped the JC Higgins brand in 1962, and replaced it with Ted Williams. So your rifle was made sometime between 1960 and 1962. Nice rifles, by the way.
your rifle was made by Marlin fire arms co . It is basicly the same gun as a Marlin model 80 your rifle was made in the late 50s early 60s 1958 to around 1962 its about 45 years old
