My DYNAMIC S50...has the JIS symbol on the label which plases it at 1963
Unless you know better.....but I can't tell if it is laminated or solid woods...
sounds and plays fantastic but I can't tell ... had steel strings when I got it...went to nylons...siunded fine...but now has light weught steel string...still sounds awesome.
despite the tuners and bridge, it is a steel string guitar. I would use extra-light only though!
I have heritated of a Yamaha Dynamic guitar S50 pat. 187409 sΓ©rie numb 657011. How old is it? And how can I know his history, if possible? Thanks!
Yamaha's Japanese web site says the S-70 was introduced in 1967.
That depends on the guitar! On a Tenor guitar there are four strings, on a standard guitar there are six strings, and there are twelve strings on a twelve string guitar.
An old Yamaha Dynamic No.10 should fetch between $25.00 and $200.00 U.S. Dollars. Price would depend on condition and playability. If I were to sell a dead mint No.10 at auction I would expect the bids to fall between $100.00 and $250.00 U.S. Dollars. Any price above $250.00 is icing on the cake and jingle in the seller's pocket. Most average condition No. 10's would fetch about $75.00 to $125.00 U.S. Dollars.
there are six strings on a guitar
A normal Acoustic/Electric guitar has 6 strings, and a normal bass guitar has 4 strings. There are also guitars with more strings, i.e. a bass guitar with 5 strings.

the strings on a base guitar are the same as the top four strings on a guitar which are E A D G
The guitar strings vibrate.Kinetic is the energy of a moving object so it would be the strings cause the strings of the guitar moves.
I do believe they were John Pearse medium gauge phosphor bronze strings on the acoustic. Which was a Yamaha red label something or other. hope this helps.
In my opinion, electric guitar strings gets out of tune faster because the strings are not as thick as acoustic guitar strings. So, thicker strings make it stay in tune longer.
An acoustic guitar with steel strings (as opposed to a classical guitar which has nylon or gut strings).
6 strings like a regular guitar
Harmolodic Guitar with Strings was created in 1993.
