Go to Boyd''s Gun Stocks web site and check the type of receiver you have on the j. c. higgind. Then you can narrow the wearch. I am trying to re-do a Stevens 311 12 Gauge Stock foe a 20 gauge. It will bolt up, but not correctly. The receiver "dogs" are to big on the 12 gauge. Lobo Gris
