Pennsylvania doesn't require licencing to purchase ordinary Title 1 firearms. For a concealed carry permit, you must be 21.

In Pennsylvania, you must be 16 years old in order to obtain your learner's permit. Some other states do allow you to obtain a learner's permit at the age of 15 and a half.
If you are with a licensed driver and you have a learner's permit, there should be no problem. But both of you must have the IDs with you.

Depends on what the misdemeanor was, and how long ago. If it was domestic violence, you may not possess ANY firearm- Federal law.
