Of King Henry VIII's six wives, Anne of Cleves was the last to die (1557). She was his 4th wife that he divorced after about 7 months. Both she and Katherine Parr (his 6th wife) were the only wives to survive "Old Coppernose."
There are a number of factors involved, Condition is the main factor, how old? Which company made them etc.
Henry VIII was 55 years old when he died.
They wore very rich material, like silks, velvets and furs! They also had padding in the clothes to make them look chubby! They even had padding on the old deriair. (but it depended on what Henry viii wanted them to wear! ;P)
Henry VIII was 55 at the time he died so in my opinion he was young
There is an old poem that tells about Henry VIII as a husband: King Henry VIII, to six wives was wedded, One lived, One died, Two divorced, Two beheaded. Christina of Denmark, who was approached about marrying HenryVIII, said she would marry him if she had two heads.
Anne of Cleeves out lived Henry VIII by 10 years.
Two. The old "rhyme" goes "divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived". Two of Henry's wives ... the second and fifth ... were executed, the first and third were divorced (and therefore no longer his wives at the time of their death), the third died (of natural causes), and the sixth was still married to Henry at the time of HIS death.
He was the age 55.
Twenty-Five.
