to remove the plastic panel over the a/c switches you need to first remove the radio then you need a socket to remove the a/c swiches because they are part of the panel there are 4 bolts one in each corner of the space left after you remove the radio.
remove the window switches there will be a screw in there take it out then take a flat head screw drivr put tape on the ed to save the pait then pry the plastic cover from the to of the front of the door panel the remove the screw from the rear bottom of the panel then gentaly pry the panel out try not to brake the plastic faseners the lift up the felt will come out too hope this helps
remove little plastic tabs on both side of switch panel. under will be 2 screws on each side. remove screws. pull out panel with switches press tabs to release switch.
1. Remove ash tray, then remove 2 screws holding ashtray body in. 2. Push switch panel to rear and lift on the front to remove switch panel. 3. Unplug switches to completeley remove switch panel. 4. With a screw driver depress the metal clip at each end of switch to remove the individual switch from the panel. 5. You then replace or repair the switch. The switch can be disasembled and repaired. Be careful not to lose the 2 ball bearings inside the switch. Remove the 2 brass rocker plates and burnish the contacts. Then reassemble. Much better than spending 75.00 for new switch assembly. 6. reassemble in reverse order. You do not need to remove the ashtray as the window switches are located on the wood insert around the shifter. Remove the plastic trim ring from around the shifter. Then carefully lift the wood trim surround that holds the switches. Becareful not to snap the plastic clips that hold the switches in place

There is 2 covers on the handle above the main handle with all of your switches. Remove them and the 2 bolts and slide the plastic piece through the door handle slide the panel up as you are pulling on the handle to let it slide through the door panel. Then disconnect the wires for the switches and mirror.
find yourself the correct bit for your drill or driver and go along the outer edge of the door panel and you will find the first screws to remove, then you have to remove the plastic cover on the armrest handle where you will find another screw and you will also have to remove the black plastic piece that houses the door handle.
you need to remove the inner door panel You also need to remove the switches from the door panel and unplug all the connectors before the panel will come off. be careful not to damage the door panel and it's plastic attaching pegs. drill out the pop rivet on the bottom of the handle assembly.. (be careful not to drill to far thru the panel.. replace with a new assembly..(the rod coming from the door opening assembly needs to be connected to the handle...it has a plastic piece which the rod goes thru. put a sheet metal screw where the rivet was or use a new pop rivet.. replace the inner door panel replace the switches ..
1985 Buick Skylark fuse location: Remove the plastic panel, roughly 4" x 4", located on the left side of the inside of your glove box. I don't know where any relay switches are located.
there are a few hidden screws holding it on and maybe some electrical switches ..after u locate the screws and remove them ..u will need a tool to pop out the panel push in pins as i call them ..they are just plastic so be careful not to break them.(door panel removal tool) most automotive parts stores have them
1st - Remove screw from inside the armrest (and remove entire molded plastic console. Cables for mirror and windows can be unclipped)2nd - Remove plastic cap from inside door handle and remove screw (Again, remove molded plastic cable for door locks can be unclipped)3rd - Remove 3 screws on the perimeter of the door4rth - Either pull the plastic panel off or get the tool so as not to damage the door panel
First remove plastic panel above door to the front, covers for the bolts to the mirror. Remove courtesy light lens, unscrew one screw. Pop out the switches disconnect, remove second screw(IIRC, there should be two anyway, look around if it's not where the switches are.) Then simply lift straight up and it should come off without too much effort.
Remove the two vertical Phillips head screws in the grab handle. Remove the window handle if equipped. Remove/ unplug the electric mirror/ window switches if equipped. Grab the doors at the bottom and pull hard. Then work you way around the left and right side of the door panel pulling on the panel. There are some white plastic push pins on the back of the panel that hold it to the door. When all of the pins are loose, lift the panel upwards and remove it. This is a less than 5 minute job.
