Just finish all the campaign stages and then you will write on campaign if you want codes(god 1-invincibility;god 0-takes invincibility;bot 1-computer shoots instead of you, but you can't change weapons or shoot anytime...), but you can also write free in multiplayer but you can't access these codes.

P.S.:If you finish all the campaign stages and use bot 1 and enter multiplayer, the code is saved, but it's not good to use in coop maps(does not work with god 1, only with bot 1)
