Go to the passenger door and use the key to first lock, and then unlock it. That's how I've gotten them to turn off in the past. If that doesn't work, disconnect the battery, put the key in the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position, and then reconnect the battery. Then close the doors, and then lock and unlock them from the passenger side with the key.

Have a 1998 BMW 740il...similar situation... battery went dead doors would not open with key or fob. IF you can get charge to battery key fob will open door...if you can't get battery to charge, then good luck, best advice is to break window and crawl in.
