That depends a little on the model. Over 78,000 were produced in 1962, making it a pretty high number out there. The Thunderbirds were selling strong at this time though not quite to the record levels back in even '60. The convertible option narrows the number of available cars down to about 8400. The "Sports Roadster" (really just a convertible with some extra bling & power) only had about 1400 that year. So if it's in pretty good condition they can still be worth some good money. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the "Bullet Birds" haven't maintained the popularity of the mid-late fiftes or even the 4th generation T-Birds after '64, so this does mean that a higher number of these gorgeous vehicles have likely fallen into disrepair and has likely diminished the realistic number of available Birds. There is so much more to be said for this vintage automobile, but hope this helps a little.
