I own a Yamaha venture 700 triple, and before buying it I had talked with a rep from ad boivin in quebec and he had told me that if nothing goes wrong with it , it is almost indestructable.
Secondly, I have seen quite a few of them for sale with over 30,000 kilometers on them. That speaks for itself.
around 125
about 115 mph on radar
Is the engine and triple? If so they should hook up behind the carbs. There should be a barb sticking out that they slide on to.
It has 115 HP
front part of frame near triple clamp
the zrt nothin beats a triple
Has to be drilled out from the underside. Mama Yamaha in all her infinite wisdom used theft proof retainers to secure it to the top triple clamp!!
With the middle cylinder, its in between the 2 cylinders causing it to become more hot. thats generally why that happens.
There isn't a dipstick on the 850 triple. It has a sight glass on the side of the case down from the fill.
It is normal. Mine is louder now, but I triple checked valve clearance and changed oil...it is normal. Just wear headphones and listen to music and then it is not a problem. Yes it is anoying but just forget it and ride.
It is a triple rotor Rotary engine. A b2000 was there pickup.
Most serial numbers are stamped into the right side of the tunnel. There should also be a tag there with the numbers on it also.
