The supervisors try to keep the biased stuff and junk answers off, but given the large number of users, it is only natural that some unreliable or offensive things will slip through. If you find something that is blatantly nonfactual, offensive, or malicious, you can fix it, flag it, or tell a supervisor. It can be a rather reliable source if we all work together to make it so.
