No, if by 'Twilight' you mean the book series by Stephenie Meyer.

The Twilight vampires are different from conventional vampires in several ways, their lack of fangs one of them.

They have teeth like regular humans, but they are razor sharp and can cut through most substances; notably vampire skin, which is described as being hard as granite.

Their venom is believed to be 'coating' on their teeth, transferring to the body of the victim through the bite. In Midnight Sun, Edward describes being near a human while hungry causing an 'excess flow of venom' to his mouth. From this it can be compared to the human sensation of 'drooling at the mouth' when hungry or a particularly appetising food is present.

Well, some are depicted so in literary and film mediums. Others are shown to have rows of teeth like a shark. Others have been described to have tube like tongues with boney, razor-like protrusions similar to leeches. In at least one novel, vampire-like beings had tentacles that extended from their wrists. Stargate Wraiths extracted life force from their victims through the palms of their hands.

No. Not all vampires have pointy teeth. We do not need pointed teeth to feed, but some stories may have you thinking that.

Vampires may come under different labels, some may be psychic vampires who "feed" during sex, those who "feed" on large crowds, those who draw energy from the natural world and visit parks or wilderness when "hungry", and those who "feed" by finding people in highly energized states and either calming or further provoking them.

They are not sharp unless they puncture your skin, you don't notice the teeth as much as you notice the pain.
