The usual recommended dose is 50 mg taken as needed, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. However, the medication may be taken any time from 4 hours to half an hour before sexual activity. Based on the effectiveness and side effects of the medication, the dose may be increased to 100 mg or decreased to 25 mg. The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg and it is not recommended to take more than one dose per day. Sildenafil may be taken with or without food, but taking it with a high-fat meal may increase the time before the medication starts working.

Nothing is 'bad' if it is used rationally, upto the dose, and used as per consultation with the physician/specialist. A boy of 25 why should use Viagra? If there is problem with erection and ejaculation, should finding for CAUSES, and treat/remove the cause. I don't suggest Viagra as a physician.
If you are having issues with impotence, than your doctor can prescribe you Viagra. However, it is not usually advisable to use it otherwise. Many people do not realize that Viagra was originally created as a cardiac medicine. The fact it helped to enable erections was just a side effect due to the increased circulation. Due to that, it should not be used by those that do not need it. It is still a cardiac med, and it is used for treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension. This means it really is not something that should be casually be played around with.
Viagra is NOT SAFE to take with any blood pressure meds or beta-blockers, as this will cause an unsafe drop in your blood pressure. It should also not be taken if you take nitrates for chest pain. As for other heart medications, I do not know about all of them, so make sure to talk to your doctor.
