Depends on if you are going to be inside (like at a day camp) or outside. If you are going to be outside, make sure you wear sunscreen and bug spray. If the grass is tall or you get bitten by mosquitoes a lot, wear pants. Otherwise Bermuda shorts are great. Any exposed area of your arms or legs will get super dirty and may be burnt or bitten, so choose your clothing based on that. T-shirts are great. You'll probably want a hooded sweatshirt for evenings since it can get cold.
For a counselor that will be mostly indoors or at least not "camping" for camp, dress is different. Polos and cargo shorts are the stereotypical dress, but jeans and t-shirt are great too.
For any camp, you'll want some fun stuff too. Maybe bright socks or bandanas or even shoelaces. Some camps assign camp names for counselors and the kids aren't allowed to know your real name. You could bring some fun apparel that goes with your name.
