I think you should be honest with your mom and tell her the truth. Is not going to be easy, but relax!! she is not going to kill you. I don't think she's going to hate you ( she is your MOTHER), but of course she will be dissapointed. When this happens, and mothers don't expect it, is normal that they get into a depression during the first month. Remember, she wants the best for you. I don't know if your boyfriend wants to be part of your baby's life. If so, both of you should go together. If you are super scared of your mom's reaction, invite someone you trust and that your mother feels comfortable too to act as a mediator. Once the baby is here, your mother and relatives will adore him/her! One last thing: if you were big enough to have sex, you are big enough to take full responsibility for that baby even if your mother allows you to stay home. Don't give up your education, your baby's future will depend on that. All I'm telling you is based on my own experience. Be brave, go and tell your mother and go to the doctor as soon as possible.
