First, You should probably put it under some warm water and with a wash cloth, the water and soap, gently rub it in a circular motion until its clean. this should take about 5 minutes. make sure where ever you do this, you have acess to some socks and a bandaid, without putting your foot back on the floor, because that will make it dirty. Make sure that your foots clean enough to were the bandaid will still be clean when you put it on. Put some socks on (not already used!) after you put the bandaid on. and try to sit down for a little while and dont use your foot. if you need to go anywhere, make sure you put 2 socks on the foot at once before you put your shoes on. This will make sure the band-aid wont come off and your cut and foot wont get dirty. Hope this helps!

It's generally not advisable to swim with a deep cut on your foot, as it can increase the risk of infection, especially in public or contaminated water. Water can irritate the wound and delay healing. It's best to keep the cut clean and covered until it has properly healed. If the cut is severe, seek medical attention.
