Well, you should do it when the fast month comes, such as this year the fast starts August 11th. A fast is when you don't drink or eat anything from sunrise till sunset. Muslim people do this so thay they get a sence of what poor people live like. Also the month is Charity and praying month, when you pray and give charity its pretty simple. I am a Muslim and most people ask me how do i do it? At first it is extemely hard, but then you get used to the hungr feeling.
