1. Place one hand on his forehead and the other hand under his chin (on the jawbone).
2. Very carefully and gently, tilt the head backwards and upwards (back the way and towards the sky at the same time).
3. Pinch his nose with one hand (while maintaining a hold on the jawbone with the other hand).
4. Take a deep breath to fill you lungs.
5. Place your lips onto his lips and make a seal (ensure his lips are fully covered with your mouth).
6. Exhale into his mouth for a short few seconds, just until you see his chest rise.
NOTE: If you suspect he is poisoned or if it is not possible to give mouth-to-mouth, use the same steps above, but breathe into his nose (give mouth-to-nose).
