Dionysos was the god of wine and catharsis- which in laymans terms is to release all pent up emotions that are supressed in order to function in society. This included violence, lust, etc... In ancient times his rituals were basically drunken revelries, orgiastic rituals.
He could be honored I suppose by any basic college frat party. Drunkeness, sex, a few fights.
