Well first if you are doing a manicure, go wag your hands. Then file your nails and take out the cuticles. Apply a base coat,( let it dry) then apply your color when you are done with your first coat go ahead and do another coat,(do as many coats as u want) then apply a top coat! Wait til it drys then you are done! Now if you have these polishes then here's what you will do after the top coat. Wait til the top coat drys, then put a hardner on, then put this cuticle oil on after the hardner drys! Put your hands in cold water for about 3-4 min then your finger should be dy and looking pretty(;
